Refund policy
All returns must be intimated to our customer support within 48-72hrs of delivery. We accept the damaged goods received to be returned to us with the same packaging. We will send the defective item without any additional shipping cost. We will refund for the item if it's not available.
To request a refund, contact our Customer Support team at refunds@groferbazar.com. Please include your information with order details in the e-mail with nature of the problem. The customer is connected to an associate and will be informed about further process.
Refunds will be processed into your original payment method and will be reflected soon(varies with banks). Please email us if you don't see a refund within 5-7 working days and we will review it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via email or phone and our delivery team will be in touch with you.
