Recipe of Goat Liver:

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of Liver of Goat , cleaned and sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  5. Add the sliced goat liver to the pan and mix well.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the liver is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread
