About The Product
Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that belongs to the same family as broccoli, kale, and cabbage. It is a cool-season crop that is typically harvested in late summer or early fall. Cauliflower is low in calories, high in fiber and vitamin C, and has a slightly nutty and earthy flavor. It can be eaten raw or cooked in a variety of dishes, including roasted, mashed, or in soups and stews. Some people also use it as a low-carb alternative to rice or mashed potatoes.
