  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of mustard oil
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1 tsp of coriander powder
  • 1 tsp of red chili powder (optional)
