Ingredients:
Coriander, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin, gramme dhal, toor dhal, fenugreek, asafoetida powder, turmeric, salt, and curry leaves
Preparation Method:
170g dhal, boiled and set aside
4 tablespoons edible vegetable oil
When the oil is hot, add the mustard, onions, and curry leaves and cook until golden
brown.
Cook for 10-15 minutes with pre-boiled dhal and 170g sliced vegetables of your choice, tomatoes, 34 cup tamarind juice, 50g Aachi Madras Sambar Powder, salt to taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves that have been chopped.
The delicious Aachi Madras Sambar is ready to eat.
