Ingredients to Prepare Pav Bhaji
- 2 tbsps Oil
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Chopped Onions
- 3/4 cup Chopped Capsicum
- 3/4 cup Fresh Peas
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Well cooked Potatoes
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- 2 tsps Pav Bhaji Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
- Salt
- 2 tbsps Chopped Green Coriander
- 2 Pave Bread
Recipe with Bhaji Pav Masala

In a pan, heat the oil and 2 tablespoons of butter, then add the onions, capsicum, and peas and cook for 2 minutes. That is, cook the onions until they are soft.
- Now add the Ginger Garlic Paste and fry for a minute before adding the Tomatoes and cooking until soft.

Now add Salt, Kasuri Methi, Mirchi Powder, and Pav Bhaji Masala, along with the fried and cooked potatoes. Combine thoroughly.

Using a fork, mash all of the cooked vegetables into a soft paste. The creamier the Bhaji, the more vegetables you mash.

Cook on high heat until the vegetables come together, then add 300 ml water.Add more water if the Bhaji is too thick.
- Now stir in the Green Coriander and 14 cup butter until the mixture thickens, then remove from the heat.

2 tbsp. butter melted, cut a Pav bread in half, and toast until the bread absorbs the butter and becomes crisp.
